Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on daily job sites throughout the Apache Junction area
Perform and oversee maintenance, mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
Ensure proper pruning, weeding, and plant care across commercial properties
Maintain and inspect equipment, reporting any mechanical issues to management
Communicate job site progress, crew performance, and client concerns to supervisors
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards on every job

Requirements:

2+ years of landscape maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of desert landscaping, native plants, and Arizona climate conditions
Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pull trailers preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and physically demanding conditions

Pay starts at $19.00 an hour, but will be determined based off your experience.
